Here we are going to profit from the EVERYDAY ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES, their ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE and their PEDAGOGICAL POINT OF VIEW. At VERTIGO mainly their ADMINISTRATIVE BACKGROUND is a highlight for us, we get to know how a well working ACCREDITATION SYSTEM can be CREATED and OPERATED. At GIOCOLERIE & DINTORNI we get to know the working method of a WELL-STRUCTURED ORGANIZATIONAL NETWORK, the SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL METHODS BY AGE AND MOTIVATION, we can have a look at their COOPERATION WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ROME
and their work on the SOCIAL CIRCUS field. Out of 21 participants From our current and future EDUCATORS 12 are going to participate in a one week long TRAINING. In the course of the project we gave development opportunities and contact opportunities for the Hungarian juggling society in TWO EDUCATIONAL DIRECTIONS of the Circus World
• HOBBY
• SOCIAL
Of these, the development of the hobbies education, ie the Leisure Time CIRCUS sector is of the utmost importance.
Our partner in BERLIN can provide insights into all branches of circus art, and internationally renowned artists work at KATAKOMBEN. They work and hold high-level training, but are also connected to other places, like KATAPULT, CABUWAZI, and a lot more in the city. Here, we have sent jugglers who want to develop in a professional, well-established education and training organization and are interested at the social side of the profession.
Our partner in LUXEMBOURG is a circus school that is not established for professional training, but rather aims to give students a joyful hobby and improve their coordination with the circus tools. Here are our teachers who wanted to introduce and promote juggling as a RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY.
• We will send 2 PEOPLE for 3 weeks to LUXEMBOURG in 2 TURNS
• once TO 2 PEOPLE for 1 WEEK to BERLIN, possibly taking care for gender balance (6 in total in one year).
The exact dates are:.
08.-28.01.2018. Luxembourg
26.02.-.04.03.2018. Berlin
05.-25.03.2018. Luxembourg
On the HOMEPAGE and AT CIRCUS LOCATIONS we announced the application. The participants were selected by internal decision by the presidency. We took into account motivation, technical knowledge, pedagogical practice and competence, reliability, language proficiency and association activity. Prior to the trip we had a thorough language, professional and cultural preparation.
During their excursion, the participants of the 3-week travels set up WORK PLANS, the beneficiaries of one week's journeys created INTERVIEW with their colleagues outside. After that, the participants of the longer journeys created a PROFESSIONAL ARTICLE, which was made available on the website www.zsonglor.hu, held a PRESENTATION and an OPEN WORKSHOP. They have also filled out a QUESTIONNAIRE for the evaluation of the trips.
PROFESSIONAL ARTICLES AND WORKBOOKS appear on the website at the bottom of the activities / training page at the articles / studies tab, and I will try to attach the questionnaires to the report.
Our goal is to engage Hungarian jugglers to join in the European bloodstream, which often can only happen through applications through the frequent lack of adequate financial background and confident language skills. As a result of the trip, however, their PROFESSIONAL, TECHNICAL and PEDAGOGICAL KNOWLEDGE has deepened, their LANGUAGE and SOCIAL competencies have evolved, which makes it easier for them to work on the market. Beneficiaries, besides their education practice, were invited by vocalists, professional conferences and workshops, disseminating their experiences, so that useful knowledge is also available to colleagues.
At the same time, MZSE's EDUCATION WORKING GROUP has also improved in its preparedness and its total competence.
